Consignment Terms
- Items remain on the floor for 60 days.
- After 90 days, unsold items will be donated. If you would prefer to reclaim your items rather than have them donated, please contact us around the 60-day mark. We’ll be happy to set them aside for you and arrange a convenient pickup.
- Prices reduce over time:
- Full price for 30 days
- After 30 days → 25% off
- After 60 days → 50% off
- After 90 days → donated
- Furniture remains at the original price for an extended period before any reductions.
- Consignors earn:
- 40% on items under $65
- 50% on items $65+
