RECLAIM POLICY

How to Request a Reclaim

• Consignors must contact  the store, (518) 240-5746 or thenandnow2025@yahoo.com, to request a reclaim.
• Once the request is made, our team will begin pulling eligible unsold items.
• A scheduled pickup date will be arranged with you.

Pickup Requirements

• Reclaimed items must be picked up on the scheduled date/time.
• We will hold reclaimed items for up to five (5) business days from the scheduled pickup date.

Unclaimed Items

• If items are not picked up within the 5-business-day holding period, they will no longer be held.
• Any unclaimed items will be donated at the store’s discretion, and consignors forfeit any rights to those items.

Additional Notes

• A reclaim request is required—items will not be automatically pulled.
